Sandwich pane technology

Sandwich pane technology: This is ideal for all two-component parts consisting of a premium quality outer skin and an interior component such as recyclate, plastic foam or a molded material.

Process technology
The cavity is initially partially filled with the exterior skin material,
core material is then injected into the core of the exterior material. Marble effects can be added through an alternating injection
process using various colored components

Sliding split technology

Sliding split technology is ideal for all two-component parts in which the preform has to be partially exposed. Because only one cavity with core-pulling function is needed, the process can be carried out very easily and cost-effectively.

Process technology
The injection and cooling of the preform follows the retraction of the shutoff slide. This creates a second cavity that is filled by the second component.

Turntable technology

Turntable technology is ideal for all two-component parts in which
the preform is exposed partially or on one side. This technology
can be used for one-sided overpacking of large quantities.

Process technology
After injecting the first component and letting it cool off, the mold is opened. The mold-halves in a two or four-stroke design are turned using a turntable on a moving platen. Then, the preform is flooded with the second component while the first component is injected
into the available cavity.

Sliding table technology

For all two-component parts in which the preform is exposed partially or on one side, sliding table technology can be used. This technology is particularly suitable for one-sided overpacking of small quantities such as prototypes or short runs.

Process technology
The mold consists of a core side and two cavity sides. Initially, the first component is injected into the mold. The mold is then opened and the core side is pushed onto the second cavity half so that the second material can be injected. The two components are injected sequentially.

Index plate technology

Index plate technology is ideal for all two-component parts in which the preform has to be exposed on one side at the top or partially exposed on the bottom.

Process technology
The first component is injected into the first cavity, which is part of
the index plate. Then the preform is pushed forward and rotated. Retracting the index plate sets the preform on the other mold core
and injects both sides (in whole or in part) with the second
component. At the same time, the second cavity can be filled with
the first component.

Transfer technology

Transfer technology is used for all two-component parts in which the preform is to be exposed on both sides. This multi-injection technology can cover all design grades.

Process technology
The preform from the first cavity is removed using a robot and inserted into a new cavity. After the mold is clamped, the second component is injected while the other available cavity is being filled with the first component.

SpinForm technology

Double the production rate with machine of the same size thanks to in-house swivel plate technology.
